    Preheat the oven
    Set your oven to 220°C (430°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Roll the dough
    On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 30Ă—40 cm).

    Layer the filling

    Spread a thin layer of sauce (optional—don’t overdo it).

    Add mozzarella and provolone evenly.

    Layer pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto.

    Sprinkle oregano or Italian seasoning.

    Roll it up
    Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log.
    Pinch the seams and tuck the ends underneath.

    Brush & score
    Place seam-side down on the tray.
    Brush with beaten egg and a little olive oil.
    Make 3–4 small slits on top for steam.

    Bake
    Bake for 18–25 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.

    Rest & slice
    Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve.
